Due to the nature of our digital products, all sales are generally final. Once a product has been downloaded or accessed, we are unable to offer refunds.

However, we understand that exceptional situations may occur (for example, duplicate purchases or technical issues). In these cases, we will review your request on a case-by-case basis and, where appropriate, provide a refund at our reasonable discretion.
